Electronics appear in most things nowadays - from TV remotes to washing machines, teddy bears to cars, microwaves to quadcopters.
The low price of electronic components and equipment coupled with the vast amount of information available over the internet means it is far easier to work on your own electronics projects now.

The Fritzing tool allows you to layout your electronic designs for breadboarding and PCB fabricating.
Aisler is a manufacturing company and one that I've used to have my own PCBs fabricated.
Aisler's ordering website supports Fritzing projects and is very intuitive. Being able to preview the PCB prior to ordering gave me the confidence to order from them and I was delighted with the results.
